20 kg Caramel 120
15 kg roast barley
6 kg Carafa malt
0.8 kg Columbus hops for 90 minutes
0.8 kg UK Golding hops for 15 minutes
0.7 kg Willamette hops at end of boil
OG: 1.080
31.5 20-litre carboys were filled by members, who pitched their own yeast after the event.
