This is the BIG BREW, produced at Bushwakker on May 8, 2010, for the ALES Big Brew Day.

About 1000 litres water

175 kg pale malt

 25 kg Munich 100

 20 kg Caramel 120

 15 kg roast barley

  6 kg Carafa malt

0.8 kg Columbus hops for 90 minutes

0.8 kg UK Golding hops for 15 minutes

0.7 kg Willamette hops at end of boil

OG: 1.080

31.5 20-litre carboys were filled by members, who pitched their own yeast after the event.
