Bring 3 bottles of Sour Ale (BJCP category 17) to the June club meeting for our in-house competition.  The winner will represent the club at the AHA CoC in Los Angeles, CA (ALES will ship the entry and cover all fees).

This is a great way to guage how your beer will do in a bigger competition; maybe you can tweak the recipe and rebrew, or maybe it needs to be entered in a different sub-category.  Follow the CoC schedule to see what is coming up in the months ahead so you will have entries availalbe - this is a good way to brew outside of your "comfort zone" by brewing styles you may not normally consider.
